Already moving? Get paid for it.

GO! is a marketplace, not an employer. You are independent, you choose the jobs, and you see what each one pays before you say yes.

What you get

Six things we will not move on

Most of these exist because the alternative is common in this industry and we did not want it.

You see the money first

Every offer shows what the job pays before you accept it. After you finish, you see what you earned and how it was made up. No guessing, and no reconciling at the end of the week.

Earnings are never a punishment

If your account is warned, restricted or suspended, the money you have already earned is still paid. Withholding earned money as a penalty is not an enforcement tool GO! uses.

Promotions come out of our cut

When a customer gets a discount, it comes out of GO! commission. Your earnings on that delivery do not change.

Waiting is paid

The first 10 minutes at a pickup or destination are free to the customer. After that it is charged per minute — and that money goes to you, not to us.

You are compensated for wasted travel

If a customer cancels after you have already set off, you are paid for the travel. There is also a minimum earning per delivery, so a very short job is still worth taking.

You can refuse a package

If you open a package and it is not what was described — or it is something we do not carry — you can refuse it and report it, with no penalty.

Getting started

Three steps, then you are on

  1. 01

    Verify who you are

A phone number, an identity document, and a liveness photo. Which documents you need depends on what you drive, so the list is generated rather than fixed.

  2. 02

    Wait for review

We aim to decide within two working days. If a document is rejected you are told which one and why, so you are not resubmitting the whole set blind.

  3. 03

Go online when you want to

There is no shift. You go online, offers come to you, and you take the ones that work. Your position is not visible to anyone while you are off duty.

At launch GO! operates motorcycle couriers in Harare. Other transport is planned, and the documents you need change with it — a bicycle courier is not asked for a licence.

If something goes wrong

You get told why, and you get to answer

Every action comes with written reasons

A warning, a restriction or a suspension is never a silent change to your account. You are told what happened, what it was based on, and how long it lasts.

A different person decides your appeal

You can appeal once per action. Whoever issued it does not decide the appeal, and a permanent ban needs a second administrator to review it before it stands.

You cannot walk away from a package you are carrying

Once a package is in your hands the delivery cannot be cancelled. If you genuinely cannot complete it, it goes to a person at GO! — not to a dead end.

Your location is recorded only while you are on an active delivery, kept for 90 days as evidence, and then deleted unless it is attached to an open dispute. It is never visible to anyone while you are off duty.

Couriers first, before launch.

GO! is preparing to launch in Harare and is not yet accepting courier applications. This page describes the terms you will be signing up to.
