Your recipient gets a six-digit PIN. The courier needs it to close the delivery, and they never see it. No PIN, no handover.

Photos at pickup and handover, a timestamped chain of custody, and a dispute process with dates attached to it.

We find a courier
The job goes to couriers near your pickup point. If nobody is available, you are told — and you are not charged.

Your recipient reads out the PIN
You watch it move. Your recipient gets a tracking link and a PIN by SMS. They read the PIN to the courier at the door.
